Delete your Road Charge Pilot account.

In the app

1. Open Road Charge Pilot and go to Settings.

2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom.

3. Confirm. On iPhone, you'll also be asked to confirm with your Apple ID.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@roadchargepilot.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you signed in with. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, tell us, and we'll help you find your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in account, including your name and email address;

• Your vehicles, with their registration numbers and details;

• Your crossing history, including where and when each crossing was detected;

• Your pre-paid accounts and passes;

• The details we use to send notifications to your phone;

• When you delete in the app, everything the app keeps on your phone, and monitoring stops.

What's kept

• Your subscription. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Apple or Google, and our subscription provider RevenueCat, keep records of your purchases for accounting.

• Messages you've sent us, for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.

• A record in our server logs that an account was deleted, showing only its account number, for up to 30 days.
